Not quite a hot spring, but it is For Sale!

Here is an interesting offer.  It’s a house that is for sale.  How does that relate to hot springs?  Well, it’s across the street from Spa Le Nordik in Chelsea, Québec.  It’s also close to some great skiing and mountain biking.  So if you’ve got a million dollars or so and you’re looking for a place to live or a very nice cottage, click here to check it out!

Hot Springs for sale

We can dream, can’t we? Surprisingly, some hot springs are for sale at a very reasonable price, so that dream might be closer to reality than you think.

Let’s talk about buying a hot spring. You might want to buy your own private piece of property for a home or cottage – why not buy a property with a hot spring on it? It might be a little more expensive, but unless it’s a highly developed functional business it’s unlikely to break the bank. Imagine the pleasure of inviting your friends over to your own private pool! Don’t forget to invite me too!

Maybe running a small business from your home sounds like a good idea. If you love hot springs, you could purchase an existing business, live on site and have guests pay for your mortgage. Or maybe you are thinking of going all out and becoming a partner in a hot spring or spa development project – and getting a lifetime free pass! The possibilities are only limited by your imagination.

The trick to owning a hot spring, as with everything else, is to not ask “why not?”, but rather to ask “How?”

Try it right now with some ridiculous question, maybe the laundry. If you ask yourself “why not do the laundry?” I am sure you can come up with a long list of reasons! But if you ask the question “how do I do the laundry?” the answer becomes obvious: “get up and get going”. Buying a hot spring is pretty much the same, it just takes a little longer. Let me know if you decide to do it! I will want to hear about your adventures and your new gem.
